Hardbanding
With our fleet of mobile Hardbanding units, our operators ensure that the best application of the wire of your choice is applied timely and accurately to prolong the life of your pipe.
Pipe Inspection
With our fleet of mobile inspection units, we offer Category 1 through 5 inspections in teh field to DS-1 and API standards on pipe sizes ranging from 2 3/8" to 6 5/8".
BHA Inspection
We offer Mobile Inspection units for On-site Magnetic particle, black light, dye penetrant and full RSC dimensional inspections of BHA drilling components.
Refacing
We offer cost savings to our customers by providing portable Lathe refacing machines. This service minimizes pipe transportation fees associated with Machine shop repairs in addition to faster completion time.
Pipe Straightening
We have Mobile Gag Pipe Straightener Units available to restore crooked or corkscrewed pipe back to a usable condition in the field.
Dye Penetrant
We offer NDT – DPI to detect any surface-connected discontinuities such as cracks from fatigue, quenching and grinding, as well as fractures, porosity, incomplete fusion and flaws in joints.
Rig Inspections
Our Rig Inspections help validate that your rig is fit-for-purpose and ready for safe operations.
